This policy explains what information TechLink Engineering Services ("TechLink", "we") receives through techlinkpk.com and how we use it. If you have any question about it, email info@techlinkpk.com.

What we collect

We only collect what you choose to send us through a form on this website: your name, company, email address, phone number, the details of your enquiry, and any files you attach to a request for quotation.

We do not use advertising or analytics cookies, and we do not track you across other websites.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, prepare a quotation or arrange the training or service you asked about. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not add you to a mailing list.

How your message reaches us

• When you submit a form, your details and attachments are sent straight to our email inbox at info@techlinkpk.com. The website itself does not store your message or your files.
• The email is delivered through Resend, an email delivery service.
• The website is hosted on Cloudflare. To protect the forms from spam, Cloudflare Turnstile checks that the form is being used by a person, and your IP address is used to limit repeated submissions for a short time (about ten minutes).

How long we keep it

Enquiries and quotations stay in our email records for as long as they are needed for the enquiry, any resulting work, and our business and legal record-keeping.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it, by emailing info@techlinkpk.com.
